Kunzea Sinclairii

Kunzea sinclairii is a rare New Zealand native shrub that is endemic to Great Barrier Island and grows in the Awana catchment.

It is one of 30 Australasian species belonging to myrtle family.

ACT has continued to remove feral predators and monitor wildlife in
the Awana area on
Great Barrier Island.
